Robert Kelly AIA, IDSA
An architect, designer and entrepreneur, Robert Kelly’s endeavors merge at the intersection of creative design thinking, social impact and business. For three decades he led a large Philadelphia architectural design practice as President and Director of Design all while building a reputation for excellence and achievement among peers and clients.
In addition to his architectural and design practice, he serves on numerous boards and task forces. He is Founder and Chair of the AIA Pennsylvania Strategic Council openchallengeaiapa.org, a think tank that among other initiatives, provides pro bono strategic planning and design assistance to communities in need throughout the state of Pennsylvania. He is also Co-Founder of the Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative. Based in New York City, SIGBI is a nonprofit charitable organization providing educational, strategic and financial assistance to grassroots organizations committed to providing advocacy, support and shelter to LGBTQ individuals in mostly rural and underserved communities throughout the United States and abroad. stonewallinitiative.org
Bob earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Pennsylvania and resides with his family in Philadelphia.
